Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2 working days.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

  • We do not ship on Bank Holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
   Shipping charges are included in the price of goods

  • UK Mainland (Standard): 3-5 Working Days.

3. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently only ship to mainland Great Britain.

  • We cannot deliver outside the UK mainland. 

4. Age Verification & Delivery Requirements

  • Strictly 18+: Alcohol must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over.

  • Age Check: Couriers may request ID.

  • Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails due to missed signature or lack of ID, the package may be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee may apply. 

5. Order Tracking & Confirmation

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • You will receive another email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information from our courier DHL 

6. Damaged or Missing Items 

  • If you receive a damaged product, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
