Refund Policy

For missing orders, you must notify us within 28 days of the estimated delivery date. We will evaluate the report and arrange for a replacement or a refund as appropriate. We may require photographic evidence of any reported damage or errors to process your claim.

Clothing and Apparel

Our clothing range is produced and fulfilled by a third-party partner.

  • No Exchanges for Size: Because each item is printed to order specifically for you, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizes. Please consult the supplied size guides provided on the product pages before placing your order.

  • Faulty Items: If a garment is defective or the print quality is poor, please contact us within 28 days with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a refund or a replacement.

Returns Policy (General Goods)

For non-perishable and non-clothing items, we offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unopened and unused).

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

UK Statutory Cancellation Right (Cooling-off Period)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • Exclusion: This right does not apply to perishable goods (spirits or mixed spirits under 15% alc vol) or items made to your specifications (custom/made-to-order apparel).

  • For eligible items, you must return the goods in their original, unopened condition.

  • Unless the goods are faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

Exclusions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods: Spirits or mixed spirits under 15% alc vol and other food items.

  • Custom/Made-to-Order products: Clothing and apparel (except in cases of manufacturing defect).

  • Sale items and Gift Cards: We do not accept returns on items purchased during a sale or on gift cards.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return for eligible items, contact us at sales@fiercebeer.com.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without a prior request will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card providers can take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
