West Highland Single Malt Gin

Made from Barley. A juniper forward gin with notes of citrus and warming tones of spice and smoke from the barley. This is a gin like no other, it's Scotland in a glass. Each bottle is packed full of flavour from the volume of botanicals we use and this when chilled over ice will create the most beautiful pearlescent bloom. Our perfect pour is keeping it simple. Serve with elderflower tonic over ice and frozen raspberries.
